Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Auditor to join the Internal Auditing Organization. The successful candidate will lead IT audit engagements, evaluate technology and cybersecurity risks, and support the enhancement of governance, risk management, and internal control processes across the organization.
This role requires strong technical expertise in IT auditing, cybersecurity, risk assessment, and compliance practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Define audit objectives, scope, and engagement plans.
- Identify key risks and internal controls within business and operational processes.
- Develop and execute comprehensive risk-based audit programs.
- Lead audit teams and supervise assistant auditors.
- Conduct IT and cybersecurity audit procedures in accordance with company policies and international standards.
- Communicate audit concerns and findings with clients and Internal Auditing Management.
- Prepare audit reports and field memorandums.
- Deliver presentations during audit opening and closing meetings.
- Provide mentoring and on-the-job training to junior team members.
- Evaluate the performance and capabilities of assisting auditors.
- Provide consulting support related to internal controls and compliance.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in network and cybersecurity auditing.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in:
- Computer Science
- Management Information Systems
- Business
- Engineering
- Or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in:
- IT Auditing
- IT Security
- Cybersecurity Risk Management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional certification in at least one of the following:
- CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional
- CISA – Certified Information Systems Auditor
- CIA – Certified Internal Auditor
- CEH – Certified Ethical Hacker
- Willingness to travel within and outside Saudi Arabia for audit engagements.
