Marketing Manager – Healthcare Sector

About the Role

Unlike a purely strategic position, this role requires a hands-on Marketing Manager who will personally execute, manage, and optimize campaigns while ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.

The Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end delivery and performance of all marketing activities, driving patient acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth through structured, data-driven execution across digital and offline channels.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Planning & Execution Ownership

  • Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business targets
  • Translate business objectives into actionable campaigns and timelines
  • Own full delivery of marketing activities with accountability for results

Campaign Execution (Hands-On)

  • Execute and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns
  • Oversee campaign setup, targeting, messaging, and optimization
  • Ensure timely delivery aligned with brand standards

Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Manage paid media (Meta, Google), social media, SEO, and email campaigns
  • Track KPIs including leads, CPL, conversions, and ROI
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights

Content & Brand Management

  • Develop and manage content calendars across channels
  • Create and review content including social media, website, and campaigns
  • Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging

Data, Dashboards & Reporting

  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and KPI frameworks
  • Monitor performance and provide actionable insights
  • Use data to drive decisions and improve effectiveness

Vendor & Agency Management

  • Manage agencies, designers, and external vendors
  • Define scope of work and ensure SLA adherence
  • Evaluate deliverables, performance, and cost efficiency

Stakeholder Alignment

  • Collaborate with operations, clinical, and leadership teams
  • Support service launches and expansion initiatives
  • Ensure cross-functional coordination and communication

Professional Conduct & Continuous Improvement

  • Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and execution discipline
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and performance

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–8 years of marketing experience with hands-on execution
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing activities
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms and performance tracking
  • Experience managing agencies and vendors
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to work onsite in Riyadh
