About the Role
Unlike a purely strategic position, this role requires a hands-on Marketing Manager who will personally execute, manage, and optimize campaigns while ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
The Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end delivery and performance of all marketing activities, driving patient acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth through structured, data-driven execution across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Planning & Execution Ownership
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business targets
- Translate business objectives into actionable campaigns and timelines
- Own full delivery of marketing activities with accountability for results
Campaign Execution (Hands-On)
- Execute and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Oversee campaign setup, targeting, messaging, and optimization
- Ensure timely delivery aligned with brand standards
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Manage paid media (Meta, Google), social media, SEO, and email campaigns
- Track KPIs including leads, CPL, conversions, and ROI
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights
Content & Brand Management
- Develop and manage content calendars across channels
- Create and review content including social media, website, and campaigns
- Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging
Data, Dashboards & Reporting
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards and KPI frameworks
- Monitor performance and provide actionable insights
- Use data to drive decisions and improve effectiveness
Vendor & Agency Management
- Manage agencies, designers, and external vendors
- Define scope of work and ensure SLA adherence
- Evaluate deliverables, performance, and cost efficiency
Stakeholder Alignment
- Collaborate with operations, clinical, and leadership teams
- Support service launches and expansion initiatives
- Ensure cross-functional coordination and communication
Professional Conduct & Continuous Improvement
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and execution discipline
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and performance
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of marketing experience with hands-on execution
- Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing activities
- Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms and performance tracking
- Experience managing agencies and vendors
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work onsite in Riyadh
